Membership

  1. Marriott Preferred is a program that offers dining privileges at the restaurants of participating Marriott Hotels in India.
  2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for 12 calendar months from the date of issuance of the membership. The card and the certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded.
  3. On Sunday brunches, the Membership Card entitles the guest to normal food discounts on the food component of the brunch price and a flat 20% discount on the beverage component of the brunch price.
  4. The Membership Card and Happy Stay Over certificates are not transferable but the other gift certificates are transferable. These can be used only until the date printed on the card or certificates.
  5. The total amount of the membership fee will be refunded, provided the membership has not been used and the refund is requested by the Member within 15 days of acceptance of the membership. The refund will only be actioned after the receipt of the membership card, all the certificates and a written cancellation request.
  6. The Complimentary Spouse Card comes without additional gift certificates. It cannot be utilized in conjunction with the Primary Card during the same meal period.
  7. Marriott Hotels reserve the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the benefits, rules, terms and conditions, the duration of the program, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the members of the program.
  8. Fraud or abuse concerning the program membership is subject to appropriate administrative and / or legal action by Marriott Hotels including termination of the membership.
  9. Marriott Preferred shall not be liable to any amount greater than the membership fee to any member as a result of his or her membership.
  10. Without prejudice to any other mode of proof, through the payment of the Marriott Preferred Membership, the member accepts these terms and conditions, as amended from time to time and agrees to be bound by them.

Dining, Accommodation and Health Club

  1. To avail of the dining discounts, the minimum requirement is that two main courses must be ordered. This discount can only be availed on the total food order and only one card may be presented per table / per visit.
  2. Discounts cannot be given in conjunction with any other special promotion / discount program.
  3. The value of the specific discount shall not include central, state, local taxes, off-premise, take away or room service orders.
  4. Discounts are not applicable during Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s Day, Independence Day or any other public holiday as specified by the Hotel.
  5. Children above 5 years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.
  6. Presentation of the Program Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts and benefits.
  7. Members are requested to make a table reservation to ensure immediate attention on arrival.
  8. Discount on Spa treatments require a prior reservation of 24 hours.
  9. All house rules are applicable on usage of the swimming pool, spa and the Health Club area.
  10. All reservations are subject to allocation availability. Room bookings must be made with the Marriott Preferred Member Help Desk only.
  11. Reservations can only be made within 15 days of arrival and all efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
  12. Any bookings made through Travel Agents, Corporations or any third parties are not eligible for reservations or discounts under this program.
  13. Amendments/cancellations of room reservations must be made with a 72 hour prior notice. The Hotel cancellation policy will apply with respect to retention charges.
  14. Please surrender the relevant accommodation certificate and present a valid photo id to avail of the accommodation offers.
  15. Early check in, late check out or specific room type requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of reservation.

Gift Certificates

  1. All certificates enclosed are for one time use only, must be surrendered at the time of arrival, have to be utilized in full and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services
  2. The benefits given in the gift certificates are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face and on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
  3. The Complimentary cake will only be available at the restaurants provided a reservation has been made 24 hours in advance. The Birthday or the Anniversary certificate can be used only if a minimum of two main courses are ordered while dining at the restaurants.
Lost or Stolen Certificates

In the event that the certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced or the money refunded.

Privacy Policy
  1. The Membership Program is operated by TLC Relationship Management Pvt. Ltd. (TLC®). With acceptance of this membership, an individual expressly agrees to the terms and conditions of the policy available at www.privacypolicy.co.in , and thus can be contacted to receive information about the program benefits, promotional content and renewal of the membership from time to time via Phone, Email, SMS or Letter. TLC® and its Group Companies will have access to your personal information which is governed by the said Privacy Policy.
